When you want something different to what you've got, you have the ability to tell us to make it so. The improved version will then self-install on your computer, often the same day as you ask for the change.

The software will know exactly what you want to do with it, and therefore the flow of your work (for example: take customer's name and phone number, type in their order details, record payment details, send the confirmation letter/email and send the sales order to the shop floor) will not be interrupted by out-of-sequence actions.

It can often acquire data from all sorts of different places and data types on your computer system automatically. In addition, we can sometimes actually reduce the number of different programs you need to start, use then close in order to do a particular task. Such as, emailing a sales document or invoice direct from the new program instead of going through the 'open browser, create email, type it and send it' routine.
